Travel Operating Room RN - $2,736 per week

About the Role

Travel nursing position for an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) in Salem, Massachusetts. This is a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week, primarily 10-hour evening shifts.

• 1-2 rotations to weekend per 4-week schedule
• 1-2 rotations to evenings (1p-11:30pm) per 4-week schedule
• On-call required

Responsibilities

• Circulate independently in a Level III Trauma OR within a complex community setting
• Perform aseptic technique and manage 1:1 clinician-to-patient ratio
• Care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across multispecialty procedures
• Operate Mako and Davinci robotic systems
• Adhere to rotating shifts: 2-3 evening shifts per 4-week schedule, 1-2 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• Fulfill on-call obligations: 1 holiday call, 2-3 weekday calls, and 1-2 weekend calls per 4-week schedule

Requirements

• 2 years of experience working in one location as an OR RN
• 2 years of experience as a travel nurse
• Massachusetts RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• BSN and CNOR preferred
• Scrub experience preferred
