Travel Operating Room RN - $2,442 per week

About the role

The Massachusetts Hospital is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting immediately. The position requires 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and operates on a day shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of an experienced surgeon
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care
• Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required, PALS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience
