About the role
A great facility in WY is looking for some help in their OR. They are in need of a traveling RN to work the day shift on this 14 week assignment. They also require at least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting
- Assist with surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to emergencies
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery and assist with setup
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- At least 2 years of experience in an operating room setting
- BLS certification required
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using medical equipment and supplies
