Requirements

• Certifications: BLS, RN License, ACLS, PALS
• Active IL license or application process initiated
• Clinical Experience: Experience in General Surgery and Orthopedics
• EMR System: EPIC
• BSN Required: False
• Charge Nurse/Leadership Experience: Charge Nurse available on shift; House Supervisor available 24/7
• Call Requirements: Weeknight call 1-2 days a week; weekend call required one weekend a month; holiday call rotation
• Scrubbing: Not required
• OR Techs: Work with surgical technologists in the OR

Skills

• Understanding that OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and requires a negative drug screen for all panels
