Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) position in Goshen, Indiana. This role involves providing specialized surgical nursing care within the operating room environment, including scrubbing and circulating across various surgical specialties to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room
- Perform scrubbing and circulating duties during surgical procedures
- Handle multiple surgical specialties, including orthopedic, endoscopic, vascular, and robotic surgeries
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Cover call responsibilities as required
Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- At least 2 years of operating room experience
- Proficiency with scrubbing and circulating in surgical procedures
- Experience with orthopedic, endoscopic, vascular, and Davinci robotic cases
- Current CPR and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Flexible schedule to cover 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shifts, Monday through Friday
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Vascular and Davinci robotic cases
Schedule
- Shift: 8 hours per day, days (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Minimum hours per week: 40
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Call responsibilities required
