About the role
Reliant Staffing Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Gardner, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Operating Room under the supervision of an experienced surgeon.
- Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care of patients.
- Perform sterile technique and follow aseptic procedures.
- Manage patient flow and assist with surgical equipment setup and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Experience in the Operating Room setting preferred.
- Knowledge of surgical techniques and patient care protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Passport required for international assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, ATT.
- Additional certifications such as CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, NIHSS, STABLE, ASLS, NBCSTSA, APHON, CMA, CCMA, RMA, C-EFM.
- Dialysis certifications (CCHT, BONENT) if applicable.

Pay
Your compensation package includes a 10-hour shift and 40-hour week pay structure, subject to confirmation, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 10-hour days with call rotation.
