About the role
Hospital near Eugene, Oregon seeks a travel OR RN to work a 13-week contract.
Shift is 10-hour days.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons.
- Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care.
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions during procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the surgical team.
- Manage patient flow and assist with equipment setup and maintenance.
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Current Oregon license.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience in operating room setting preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
