Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,510 per week

About the role

Operating Room (OR) Nurse position in Osage Beach, Missouri. Specialty: OR – Operating Room. Start date: October 5, 2026. Initial assignment duration: approximately 13–15 weeks (subject to start date).

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative patient care across surgical specialties including OB/GYN, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, and podiatry.
• Support multiple operating rooms and assist with approximately 5,000 procedures annually.
• Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols.
• Maintain flexibility for holiday coverage and be prepared for about four on‑call shifts per month.
• Work in a fast‑paced surgical environment with multiple concurrent procedures.

Requirements

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of perioperative nursing experience.
• Valid RN licensure with no disciplinary history.
• Robotics experience; DaVinci preferred.
• Ability to be within 30 minutes of the hospital for call response.

Qualifications

• Experience with MEDITECH electronic charting system (preferred).
• Background in multiple surgical specialties: OB/GYN, general, orthopedics, urology, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, and podiatry (preferred).

Schedule

40 hours per week, 10‑hour day shifts, Monday‑Friday with one day off during the week. Approximately four on‑call shifts per month, with potential weekend coverage.
