Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,497 per week

About the role

The Operating Room Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care during surgical procedures across a variety of specialties, including General Surgery, Urology, GYN, ENT, Vascular, Pain Management, and Orthopedics. The nurse will work within a fast-paced environment collaborating with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Aid in all phases of surgical procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and health status.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons and anesthesiologists.
• Provide post-operative care and instruction to patients and families.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

The schedule is AM Shift: 07:00 – 15:30, 5×8 hour shifts per week for a total of 40 hours.
