About the role
Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, in Lafayette, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative care
- Manage sterile field and equipment
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts, days
- One plus years of experience in the specialty
- AHA BLS certification required
- Certified OR RN license from CO or compact state required
Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification
- At least one year of experience in OR nursing
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of sterile technique
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
