About the role
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Montgomery, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of an experienced surgeon.
- Assist surgeons during surgeries as needed.
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery.
- Monitor patient vital signs during and after surgery.
- Ensure sterility and safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
- At least two proven years experience as a registered nurse.
- Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Alabama.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Knowledge of surgical techniques and operating room procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating room equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
