About the role
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in the operating room setting
- Assist with surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery
- Monitor patient vital signs during and after surgery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort
Requirements
- At least two proven years experience as an RN
- Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current BLS certification
Skills
- Proficiency in operating room procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
