Shift/Schedule: Days (Typically 14–16 RNs staffed on days)
Patient Ratios: 1:1 (Standard OR ratio)
On-Call Requirements: * Weekday Call: 1 day per week from 17:00 - 19:00 (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM).Weekend Call: Once every 6 weeks only if the SSC Ortho physician is on-call.

Facility Size: 408-bed acute care hospital
OR Suite Breakdown: 14 total ORs consisting of:1 Hybrid Cardiovascular (CV) OR1 Cysto Room12 Multipurpose ORs

Qualifications & Hiring Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of current hospital acute care OR experience is strictly required.
• Certifications: * BLS (AHA)ACLS (AHA)
• Personality Fit: Prioritizes patient experience, possesses excellent communication with providers/staff, and is highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Skills (Profiles with these will be considered first): Dual Competency: Candidates who can both scrub and circulate are highly preferred (though circulate-only may be reviewed).System Experience: Prior experience charting with Meditech.
