Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,143 per week

Travel Operating Room (OR) RN opportunity in Huntington, WV at a traveler-friendly Level II Trauma facility.

About the role

This 13-week travel nursing assignment offers a diverse surgical case mix with excellent clinical experience. The facility is known for quick interviews and fast offers, making it an ideal opportunity for qualified OR RNs.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Operating Room, including circulating duties (scrub experience preferred).
• Handle cases in Trauma, CVT, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Cataracts, and other general OR procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience.
• Circulating experience required; scrub experience preferred.
• Active WV or Compact RN License (must be in hand).
• AHA BLS certification.

Schedule

• 13-week contract starting ASAP.
• 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts (6:45 AM–7:15 PM) with rotating start times (7 AM–7 PM, 9 AM–9 PM, or 11 AM–11 PM).
• Every other weekend required.
• No call requirement.
