Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,029 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting October 5, 2026, at a hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative care
• Manage sterile field and equipment
• Communicate effectively with surgical team members
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in OR nursing
• Current BLS certification (certifications vary by location)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid driver's license
• Background check and drug screen required

Qualifications

• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid Driver's License

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
