Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,028 per week
About the role
We are seeking a skilled Ambulatory OR RN to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various specialties including Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, ENT, GYN, GU, Endocrine, Surgical Oncology, Plastics, Robotics, and Total Joints. The pre/post RN is responsible for prepping patients prior to surgery and monitoring patients in the post-anesthesia care unit.
Responsibilities
- Preparing patients for surgery by reviewing history, reconciling home medications, obtaining vital signs, and starting IVs.
- Monitoring vital signs during post-anesthesia recovery and reviewing discharge instructions.
- Working closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR nurses to ensure efficient and safe patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant specialties.
- Current South Carolina or Compact RN License.
- BLS certification required.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Scheduled day off at the needs of the department, but special requests considered if possible. Scheduled late a few times per month.
