Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $1,930 per week

Operating Room nurse in Concord, North Carolina. This role involves providing specialized perioperative patient care within a busy surgical department. The position requires experienced nurses capable of managing a variety of cases, including trauma, orthopedic trauma, spine, cardiovascular, gynecology, robotics, and general surgery, on a night shift schedule.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, nights (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
• 36 hours per week minimum
• Schedule cycle every six weeks
• Rotating weekend coverage
• Average of 6 call shifts per six-week schedule with a 45-minute response time

Responsibilities

• Circulate in a variety of surgical cases including trauma, orthopedic trauma, spine, cardiovascular, gynecologic-oncology, robotics, and general surgery
• Serve as charge nurse and scrub in procedures
• Handle case requests during overnight hours with flexibility and self-motivation

Requirements

• NC Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 5 years of perioperative experience
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• CNOR certification

• Two days of departmental orientation provided
• Support from service line clinical supervisors, charge nurses, educators, operating room assistants, unit secretaries, and technical engineers

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
