Travel Operating Room First Assistant RN - $3,165 per week
Job Summary
The position involves providing advanced surgical assistance for complex procedures such as CABG, valve replacement, TAVR, and VATS within a busy and highly regarded hospital environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts with 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- RN License
- BLS certification
- At least 3 years of extensive operating room experience, including cardiovascular surgeries
- Must meet all specified certifications and education requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a first assistant in cardiac and thoracic surgeries
Additional Information
- The unit has 6 operating rooms specializing in cardiovascular procedures.
- Staff must follow hospital surgical attire policy and will receive orientation on unit-specific guidelines.
- Cases are highly efficient and performed by a skilled team, with no training component for medical staff.

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
