MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. Specialty: Oncology; Discipline: RN; Start Date: 11/16/2026; Duration: 13 weeks; Employment Type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for cancer patients throughout all stages of their condition, usually focusing on the acute phase.
• Assist patients ranging from post‑surgical to near‑terminal manage their disease and treatment effectively, and may be responsible for administering chemotherapy.
• Educate cancer patients about treatment options, procedures and particularities of the disease.
• Administer chemotherapy, implement new methods of symptom treatment and monitor patients’ progress.
• Create a supportive environment for patients.
• May opt to specialize in areas such as pediatric hematology/oncology or breast cancer.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care oncology setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.
