Required Experience and Skills
- RN licensure in Indiana
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- RN required
- 2+ years' experience
Preferred Experience
- Oncology background preferred
- Oncology experience a plus
Other Requirements
- Floating required
- Lutheran employed staff required to obtain chemo/bio certification within one year of employment
Facility Details
- EMR: Cerner
- Unit: Medical/surgical oncology unit, chemotherapy administration, blood products
- Number of beds in unit: 24
Submission Requirements
- Travelers submitted must attach required license and certifications
- Must include driver's license/permanent home address on the submission, address must match ID
- Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
