Travel Oncology RN - $2,187 per week

About the role

The hospital in Lewiston, Maine is seeking travel nurse RNs for an oncology position. The duration is 14 weeks, with 36 hours per week and a 12-hour shift, night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maine.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in oncology preferred but not required.
