About the role
Lucid Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a 13-week 36-hour-per-week shift in Asheville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients with cancer
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Active license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina (or compact eligible)
- Two years of recent Oncology experience
- Active BLS certification
Qualifications
- Experience in oncology nursing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHRs)
Pay
Weekly gross: $2110.76
Schedule
Shift: 12 hours, nights
