About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a 26-week assignment starting September 7, 2026, in Asheville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and competent care to patients with cancer
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and patient care conferences
- Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in oncology nursing preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
