Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide oncology care under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois.
• Experience in oncology nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of oncology treatments and protocols.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Current BLS certification.
