About the role

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting November 30, 2026, in Des Moines, Iowa. This position offers 36 hours per week and works 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of recent oncology experience.
• Current registration as a Radiation Therapist.
• Valid state license to practice as a Radiation Therapist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field preferred.
• Pass relevant certification exams.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of radiation therapy techniques.
