Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant – Long Term Care - $1,505 per week

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Potosi, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities
• Assess residents' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve residents' quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress and communicate with family members and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license
• At least 2+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams
