Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant – Long Term Care - $1,480 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with staff and families.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Missouri.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in SNFs preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Current CPR certification.

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
