About the Role
We are seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a role in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities
Assist patients in regaining daily living skills under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, providing therapy services in a healthcare setting.
Key Duties
- Deliver therapy care
- Maintain documentation through EMR systems (Nethealth/PCC)
- Contribute to patient recovery goals
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active State License
- BLS certification (may be required)

Schedule
Full‑time, 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours weekly.
