About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a travel assignment to provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• implementing individualized treatment plans
• delivering therapeutic activities to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, coordination, strength, and balance
• monitoring patient progress
• educating patients and caregivers
• maintaining accurate documentation
• collaborating with healthcare teams
• participating in care and discharge planning
• ensuring a safe therapy environment

Qualifications

• graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• active COTA license or ability to obtain
• strong communication and organizational skills
• ability to work independently and adapt to new clinical settings
• previous clinical experience is preferred
