Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Weekly Pay

About the role

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, assisting patients in regaining daily living skills under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The role offers opportunities to make a meaningful difference in patient rehabilitation within a supportive and diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in regaining daily living skills under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Follow treatment plans
• Document patient progress
• Work with geriatric populations and SNF equipment such as adaptive seating, orthotics, and ADL training tools

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active New Jersey COTA license
• BLS certification
• Preferred experience in SNF settings
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document progress
• Familiarity with geriatric care and SNF equipment

Schedule

Provide patient care during day shifts (08:30–16:30), following a 5x8 schedule; work 40 hours/week with guaranteed 36-40 hours.
