Role Overview

The Rehabilitation Therapist is responsible for providing therapy services, primarily as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to patients, supporting their rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Adhere to all licensing, credentialing, and facility-specific requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state license as a COTA and passing the NBCOT exam.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
