Requirements
- Wyoming COTA license or ability to obtain
- Must have a tax home 50+ miles away from facility
Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Able to work with and around residents who may display challenging behaviors.
