Responsibilities
- Assist Occupational Therapists with patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training
- Support rehabilitation for orthopedic and post-operative patients
- Assist with splinting and mobility activities as needed
- Treat inpatient, outpatient, swingbed, and athletic patients
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation
- Collaborate with rehab and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant License required
- NBCOT Certification preferred/required
- BLS Certification preferred
- Experience in outpatient or hospital rehab preferred
- Experience with orthopedic and post-operative patients preferred
- Experience treating pediatric to geriatric populations preferred
