About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week contract in Helena, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License.
- BLS certification via American Heart Association.
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Qualifications
- Experience in rehabilitation therapy preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
