Travel Occupational Therapist - SNF/LTC

About the role

Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) providing therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This is a contract position offering an opportunity to work across different locations while providing therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate organizational goals and values into job performance
• Deliver therapy services
• Ensure compliance with licensure requirements
• Provide patient care
• Work 8‑hour day shifts
• Assume accountability for treatment delivery in a travel capacity
• Deliver quality therapy services aligned with organizational standards

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent OT experience, specifically in SNF/LTC environments
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining an OT license in the practice state

Qualifications

• Licensed or pending licensure as an OT
• Experience in SNF/LTC settings
