Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in SNF/LTC settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services, incorporating organizational values and goals, in a 13‑week contract.
- Assess and treat patients in skilled nursing facilities or long‑term care environments.
- Ensure compliance with licensure requirements and deliver high‑quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent OT experience, specifically in SNF/LTC.
- Current OT license or in the process of obtaining licensure in Illinois.
Skills
- Experience in therapy disciplines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to organizational goals.
Pay
