Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent OT experience
- Current IL licensure or in the process of obtaining
- Prior SNF/LTC experience
Skills & Requirements
- Licensed or pending licensure in IL
- Experience in SNF/LTC
- Ability to work independently in a travel setting
