Travel Occupational Therapist SNF / LTC - $2,083 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) that is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of New Mexico to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC. This is a 13-week travel contract position.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice (or ability to obtain).

Schedule

• 13-week assignment starting 07/27/2026.
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts (5x8 schedule).
