Travel Occupational Therapist (LTC/SNF) - $2,080 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Active registration with the State Board of Occupational Therapy.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contract/travel assignments are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
