Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services at Linden Grove (3 days per week) and Washington State Soldiers Home (2 days per week).
- Deliver quality patient care and maintain compliance with facility standards.
- Float rotation may be required.
Requirements
Required Qualifications: Certifications in occupational therapy, relevant degree, valid licensure in the state, at least 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, and ability to work in the specified location.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in SNF environments and familiarity with state and federal regulations applicable to long-term care settings.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
