Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient occupational therapy care, including inpatient rehab experience, to patients.
- Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements, including BLS.
- Maintain accurate documentation and references.
- Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, implement therapy interventions, and document progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to safety and healthcare standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid OT license in WA, at least 1 year of inpatient rehab experience, BLS certification, SSN, DOB, and one professional reference.
- Strong patient care skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently.

Schedule
Deliver therapy during scheduled 9-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week.
