About the role
Provide skilled outpatient occupational therapy services to adult patients by evaluating functional limitations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients improve independence, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies
- Document patient progress accurately in Epic
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Float to nearby campuses within the same discipline as needed
Requirements
- Active Iowa Occupational Therapist License (Compact accepted)
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Epic experience
- Child and Adult Mandatory Reporter certification
- Driver’s License
- One supervisory reference at submission
- Current skills checklist (within one year)
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient rehabilitation experience
- Experience treating adult and geriatric populations
- First-time travelers welcome

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 hours per week | No weekends | No call
