Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification from NBCOT and completion of fieldwork requirements
• Valid state licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
