About the role

Provide rehabilitative occupational therapy services in a healthcare setting. Responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to improve patient functional abilities. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license, preferably Tennessee or compact eligible
• Minimum of two years recent rehab experience
• Active BLS certification
