Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inpatient Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the team at TMS. The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of individuals with physical disabilities, helping maximize patients' functional status during hospitalization and supporting their progress toward independence. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans.Implement and modify therapeutic programs to meet patients' needs and functional goals.Support rehabilitation efforts to improve patients' independence and daily living skills.Participate in discharge planning to promote safe and effective transitions of care.Complete required documentation and administrative duties.Participate in performance improvement (PI) initiatives.Pursue ongoing professional development and growth.Perform other duties as assigned.
