Job Details Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.), Occupational Therapist License, and NBCOT Certification, plus a Drivers License with picture identification are required. Background check, skills checklist from agency, and records of nursing-related competencies/exams are necessary. Additional documentation includes tuberculosis test records, hepatitis vaccine record, influenza vaccine or declination, copy of agency's Certificate of Liability Insurance, drug test, and attestation form. Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Start date: 10/26/2026; End date: 12/20/2026. No minimum experience required.
