Responsibilities

- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Discharge planning and documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid OT license
- Current BLS certification
- Critical thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist with equipment and patient mobility
- Flexibility to work effectively under pressure and in diverse settings
Preferred Credentials
- Master’s Degree or higher
- NBCOT certification
- Experience with OT aides
