Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients develop and recover daily living skills.
- Assess patient needs, create personalized treatment plans, deliver hands-on therapy using adaptive techniques and equipment, educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare teams, monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in quality improvement and discharge planning.
- Maintain safety protocols and adhere to regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid state license
- BLS certification
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, technical, and motor skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, handle physical tasks, and communicate clearly
