Role & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing treatment plans to improve their functional abilities. Ensure patient safety, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have valid certification and meet onboarding requirements including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and patient care skills are essential.

Key Duties

• Deliver therapy services, document patient progress, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards.
