Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs, diagnose limitations, and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver hands-on therapy using adaptive techniques and equipment.
- Deliver educational sessions on independence strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care.
- Track progress, modify treatments, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Engage in quality assurance and professional development.
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid OT license
- Current BLS certification
- Critical thinking
- Strong communication
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks
- Proficiency in PC use
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personnel
- Handle frequent contact with the public
- Maintain attention to detail
